Abstract: La investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer las diferencias que existen en la agresión y victimización en adolescentes entre 12 y 14 años de dos colegios privados de Lima Metropolitana según los estilos de crianza percibidos de los padres. La muestra fue 111 alumnos (54 mujeres; 57 varones). Los instrumentos fueron: Escala adaptada al español de Agresión y Victimización (Orpinas & López, 2010) y Escala de Estilos de Socialización Parental en la Adolescencia (Musitu & García, 2001). En ambas pruebas se confirman las estructuras (dos factores), con cargas superiores a .22 y adecuadas consistencias internas (α> .70). Resultados: los estudiantes que perciben a ambos padres como autoritarios presentan puntajes más altos en agresividad y victimización respecto a los demás estilos de crianza.
The research aimed to establish the differences in aggression and victimization in adolescents between 12 and 14 years of two private schools in Lima Metropolitan as perceived parenting styles of parents. The sample was 111 students (females = 54, males = 57) of 1st and 2nd year of high school. The instruments were: Adapted to Spanish Scale of Aggression and Victimization (Orpinas & Lopez, 2010) and Scale for Parental Socialization Styles in Adolescence (Musitu & Garcia, 2001). In both tests the structures are confirmed (two-factor structure), with factorial loads greater than .22 and with an adequate internal consistency (α> .70). Results: students who perceive their parents as authoritarian have higher scores on aggression and victimization over other parenting styles.
