In Peru, the concept of MIPYMES (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) has gained vital importance, since these organizations generate a great contribution to national production, as well as to the employment rate of our country. However, these types of companies face different daily challenges, in order to survive the high death rate existing for these entities (Arbulu y Otoya, 2006). Thus, in the present investigation, the impact of different decisions in various areas, taken by entrepreneurs of the Commercial Emporium of Gamarra, will be analyzed, mainly in the areas of these companies such as the financial, commercial, logistic, productive and resource humans. In addition, the objective will be to present a diagnosis of MIPYMES in the textile sector and recommendations that will allow them to improve productivity and competitiveness in the market. Through the methodology of qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with the MIPYMES of the Gamarra Commercial Emporium, and the results showed that there are management problems in various areas. Likewise, it was observed that these entrepreneurs of the MIPYMES of the textile sector are the main generators of jobs in the country and therefore of the production. Finally, it was possible to identify the key factors in each of the processes, among which the organization, competitiveness, managerial skills and experience of the founders in entrepreneurship.
