As a historical legacy, textile has been part of our national DNA, which is why we should feel proud. In addition, today there are micro-businesses to large companies that are dedicated to this precious sector. In Lima, there is currently a Commercial Emporium that houses a large number of micro-businesses related to the manufacturing and clothing trade. Historically it has been showing that it has a large annual sales volume and that they generate large profits for their entrepreneurs. From our constant visits to the premises of the commercial emporium of Gamarra it has been observed that the large number of micro-enterprises does not comply with the total attention of their orders, this situation eventually ends up affecting the performance of micro-enterprises and they tend to disappear with time . This is because in a textile commercial emporium where competition can easily make the work of any company customer loyalty plays a key role in the performance of any microentrepreneur. Focusing on this last idea, it is prudent to point out that within the weaknesses that exist in these microenterprises, we can point out the lack of programming throughout the logistics process. That is to say, the non-fulfillment of the orders is due to the fact that they do not have the goods on time, and this happens due to the lack of estimation of the sales that they could have in the year, which in turn prevents determining the quantity of supplies to be acquired. in order to make the garments and have them ready to be sold to customers. That is why the meaning of this thesis is to implement a model that demonstrates that an adequate management of the sourcing of inputs will have a very beneficial impact on the sales level of the MyPES of the commercial emporium of Gamarra.
