There is a demand to change our way of managing shopping centers in Peru, there are problems not solved that constantly are reflected in cost overruns and time, and if we apply a solid BIM system with constant updates can achieve efficient operation and management technical information oriented to providing important information in the areas of logistics (floor areas, areas and types of paint etc.), maintenance (number of luminaires, details of equipment, control equipment on roofs, mailboxes control cables mall - reserves, control systems and electrical system, fire fighting water, alarm & detection equipment quarters of pumps, generators, sshh among others), financial (the ABL and common area ratios per m2), legal (we have noted the great support in municipal services and licenses mall tenants), security (information of where the valves of fire fighting systems, manual stations, emergency lights, monitor modules, CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, know and control theoretical flows evacuation mall during construction, etc.), commercial (3D views to visualize the future space for brand owners, updated plans, where the 3d we can show detail of the mall and sell further project idea with a Customers viewing) and marketing (location of activation centers to generate busiest parks) among others. Our proposal is based on that information last time and that can be easily read by the technical office of the mall, this system can solve any of the cases presented above without relying on people who are in the beginning of the work, be it managerial staff technical range, headquarters or who were part of the work are the ones who can tell what was done on site, often also happens during development are the oldest, but what if and They retire or just come to have new opportunities, end up leaving and leaving gaps of information that they only knew that for many reasons is outdated. Updated on what happens in our environment is vital for the most efficient solutions. Non-dependence makes the system robust and sustainable achieving meet domestic demand. The achievement of this system is reflected in the experience of the construction industry which is based on exchange controls and built as construction details, which the already made this information is needed in the life of the project. The investment and maintenance costs are given in about 3 years, this time we can notice changes in demand and maturation of the mall, which product is best known shopping center and is a public area also feels his. This leads to new brands or small extensions or maximum extensions. In this context this information begins to bear fruit, these based on control of the information and saving labor costs. Of course, some areas supported from the start as maintenance, logistics and marketing. By shopping experience to which we provide services, we are aware of the enormous importance of centralizing information for the operation and future enlargements or projections.
