The School of Systems Engineering and Computer of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas has created workshops for direct application of the knowledge acquired by students throughout the Information Systems Engineering. To do this, they have created nine virtual companies classified as Business companies, Software Factories and company Quality Assurance Software. This working model has allowed students to play own roles of the profession and take responsibility to manage a project or company. In this way, the School of System Engineering and Computer provides a general rehearsal for employment. Each virtual companies have a similar scheme a real company. They have an organizational structure and collaborators who help managing and performance of the company. As part of the business companies were created five companies: Salud-able, Educa-T, IT-Expert, BankMin and Pyramid. These companies have their own projects that are focused to attend to other business sectors. Each of these companies requires the services of software factories: Factory .NET and JAVA Factory, since the latter are specialists in the development of applications. Besides, business companies require the services of quality assurance software companies: Methods and Quality Assurance. In this way the value chain is created for a real business. In this context, and as part of a quality culture to be implemented in virtual enterprises, it has begun to implement the process model MoProSoft. This model is based on other models such as CMMI and ISO15504. MoProSoft was created in Mexico at the request of the Department of Economics of the country and elaborated by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Currently this model is the standard for all software development companies within the Republic of Mexico. Considering that this model has been designed for development companies like those being developed in Peru and also conform to the limitations of virtual companies, it was determined that this model would be adopted by these, which its implementation would be initiated through a project in each virtual company. This project purport to define and implement the evaluation service of the processes involved in the MoProSoft model that were implemented in virtual enterprises of the UPC. It also purport to show the results of a pilot test of the implementation of evaluation service. To do this, be followed the activities identified in the description of the evaluation process. The realization of this pilot will determine the capacity level reached by each process evaluated of the company and based on this; some recommendations will be presented which should be done in an improvement cycle of process evaluated.
