The objective of the present investigation was determining the effect that having the incubation systems; artificial (equipped incubator in laboratory) and natural (mouth) about the hatching rate of fertilized eggs of Tilapia Nilotica (Oreochromis niloticus) for the whom is designed two types of treatment; T1 (artificial incubation) and T2 (natural incubation). The research work was conducted at the aquaculture laboratory of than Engineering Faculty Fisheries and Food of than National Callao University, between the months of January and July of 2012. In the develop of the thesis, was utilized an experimental design that correspond for the two types of treatment of manner sequentially (T1 y T2) both treatments with three replicates through of crop tanks (03 female and 01 male tilapia for tank) utilizing 03 tanks in total, respectively for each treatment. In the tests that were made to determine the highest rate of hatching, is used incubators equipped in laboratory (T1) where was obtained an average of 0.9602 i 0.0009 and in the following tests using the type of natural incubation (T2), was obtained an average of 0.7293 1 0.0024. The results indicated according to the statistical analysis applied with "t of student" (p<0.05) that, if there a significant difference, showing a better result with the treatment: T1. Concluding that the artificial incubation method is best suited for to get a higher hatching rate fertilized eggs of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus).
