In this context, this paper discusses the characteristics of the monitoring scheme, because it is running under similar criteria to the supervision of the NTCSE (urban), where it has been identified that geographical conditions, road infrastructure, resistance some utilities to the implementation of current regulations, loopholes, rural electric growth boundary, calculation of several indicators of quality control NTCSE other than the (urban) and other factors, you cannot have the same criteria NTCSE monitoring the (urban).
