The supplementation of Multimicronutrientes commonly called “Chispitas“ is an innovative and practical strategy of free delivery to the population under 3 years old with the aim of preventing anemia, although adherence is not what is expected, which suggests the presence Of other sociocultural factors that would influence the mother. The purpose of the research was to establish which sociocultural factors are related to adherence to the supplement. The method used was descriptive - correlational, cross - sectional, with respect to the sample was made up of 60 mothers with children younger than 3 years of age who were assessed through an 18 - item questionnaire.
