The coastal area of our country is covered by a large population and major industries generating one of the main problems on water resources due to the effluents produced human activities throughout the Peruvian coast are downloaded. Therefore toxicity tests are used to recognize and evaluate the effects of contaminants on the biota. In toxicity tests are used a living tissue or organisms as a reagent to assess the effects of any pollutant over them as it was in this study the exposure of silverside fingerlings (Odontesthes regia)
