The objective of this research was to demonstrate that there is significant difference in the level of knowledge of the new criminal code between lawyers and litigators judges of the judicial district of Loreto. The research was quantitative, the design was not experimental, comparative. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results were: The average achieved by the attorneys general was 12.02 with a DS of 2.27, the lowest score was 7 and the largest 16. The highest percentage of lawyers and litigants judges of Superior Court of Justice of Loreto were female with 55.8%. 72.1% of judges lawyers and litigants in the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto reached a good level of knowledge, followed by 25.6% reaching a level of wrong knowledge and 2.3% reached a very good level of knowledge. Only the judges got a very good standard with 2.3%, followed by solid level with 31.4% and 11.6% with a mean level. Trial lawyers obtained greater amount of good (40.7%) and bad (14%) rating. The female reached the level of 2.3% very good knowledge and had the highest percentage of bad level 16.3%. There is no relationship between gender and the level of knowledge of the new criminal code lawyers Superior Court of Justice of Loreto. There are significant differences in the level of knowledge of judges and litigators, judges average (p = 0.00128) being higher. There are significant differences in the level of knowledge of judges lawyers judges and prosecutors, judges average (p = 0.004343) being higher.
