Prison rehabilitation is, among other definitions, the effect of re-habilitating or rehabilitating its socio-cultural and psychological social status to a person or an inmate, who has totally or partially lost what he had before being sentenced to prison. In Criminal Law, and therefore in the Right of Penitentiary Execution, when the active subject as the inmates who are in the Santa Monica Chorrillos Penitentiary Establishment, or the duly verified agent, has been condemned by competent authority, carries with it the Disabling The purpose of the prison administration is to ensure that former inmates, when free from painful imprisonment, are gradually reincorporating into society, in which they were previously considered to be whole human beings.
