This research aims to explore an aspect of law that has been little studied in our country, specifically the use of communal justice by the peasant patrols in the province of Paucartambo, department of Cusco. These practices are based on the traditions and customs of the communities and peasant rounds, within the limits established by ordinary justice in the legal, constitutional and conventional framework. The main purpose of this research is to determine how the communities and the peasant rounds in the province of Paucartambo-Cusco apply communal justice and to what extent this can violate the fundamental rights of the inhabitants of the province of Paucartambo. The research structure is divided as follows: in the first part the problem is stated, the research area and its geographical location are described, the research is justified, and the general objective and specific objectives are established. In the second part of the research work, a description of the international, national and local context of the investigation is made, the theoretical bases are defined, the legal framework and national and international jurisprudence related to communal and ronderil justice are analyzed. Similar cases addressed in previous investigations (thesis) are also reviewed, as well as the conventional, constitutional and legal development of the subject up to the present year.
