Nivel de conocimiento de las madres y características de la lonchera escolar en niños de 3 a 5 años de la Institución Educativa Inicial Piloto 67 Sicuani, Cusco 2018.

Abstract

La investigación intitulada “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO DE LAS MADRES Y CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA LONCHERA ESCOLAR EN NIÑOS DE 3 A 5 AÑOS DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA INICIAL PILOTO 67 SICUANI, CUSCO 2018”, tuvo como OBJETIVO el nivel de conocimiento de las madres y las características de la lonchera escolar en los niños de 3 a 5 años de la Institución Educativa Inicial piloto 67 Sicuani, Cusco -2018.

Se utilizó como METODOLOGÍA, el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico descriptivo, se recogió los datos mediante las técnicas de la entrevista y la observación, en cuanto al instrumento usado fue la encuesta y lista de cotejo respectivamente. La población son 120 por madres que tienen niños matriculados en el Nivel Inicial, quienes también fueron la muestra, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico, de carácter censal

Entre los RESULTADOS se asumen como características generales, que las madres en su mayoría son del nivel técnica o superior, estado civil conviviente, edad mayor a 31 años. El nivel de conocimiento de las madres sobre la lonchera escolar es que el 65.0% conocen de manera regular lo que debe contener la lonchera escolar, el 26.7% indica que no conoce y el 8.3% que si conoce de manera buena. Respecto a la caracterización de la lonchera escolar son que el 69.2% de lo revisado no contiene productos adecuados para una lonchera escolar saludable y el 30.8% se verifica que es saludable.

The population is 120 by mothers who have children enrolled in the Initial Level, who were also the sample, selected by a non-probabilistic sampling, of a census nature Among the RESULTS are assumed as general characteristics, that mothers are mostly of the technical level or higher, cohabiting civil status, age over 31 years. The level of knowledge of mothers about the school lunch box is that 65.0% know regularly what the school lunch box should contain, 26.7% indicate that they do not know and 8.3% that they know in a good way. Regarding the characterization of the school lunch box are that 69.2% of the reviewed does not contain adequate products for a healthy school lunch box and 30.8% is verified to be healthy
