The main objecti ve of the investigation is to determine if the lack of uniformity of criteria of the justice operators in the application of Law No. 30364, affects male victims of family violence, in the Civil Court of the Espinar Province, period 2020 - 2021, because we consider that in practice the justice operators do not uniformly apply the aforementioned law, which is a general law for all people without distinction, who are victims of family violence. The overwhelming existence of cases of violence against women is an undeniable reality, whose public institutions and national and international women's rights organizations have been enforcing. However, it is also a reality that one does not want to see with the same attention and rigor, the existence and accelerated increase of violence against men or men, and in the face of these cases, justice operators do not proceed with due diligence. and attention to the male victims, stereotyping them and maki ng the aggrieved themselves not want to denounce them for reasons of shame, or what they will say. To arrive at our conclusions, all the items of the theoretical framework were addressed, and it was complemented with a survey of 66 experts in Criminal Law among lawyers, prosecutors, police officers and judges of the Espinar Judicial District, having obtained positive responses to achieve the objecti ves set. in our research.
