Introduction: Fibromyalgia is a disease that is included in the group of extra-articular rheumatism, which is why it is manifested by generalized chronic pain, fatigue, headache, insomnia and other symptoms, it affects the female gender more frequently and generates a great impact on quality of life. Objective: To determine the association of physical activity with quality of life in patients with fibromyalgia at the Adolfo Guevara Velasco EsSALUD-Cusco National Hospital, 2022. Materials and method: It is a cross-sectional study of the correlational type with a sample of 90 patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia who were treated in the Hospital's external office, the instruments were the IPAQ and FIQ with a reliability r = 0.76 and α = 0.8053 respectively, used Spearman's Rho coefficient, Kruskal Wallis and simple linear regression with a 95% confidence interval (p< 0.05). Results: The sample was represented in a higher proportion by married adult women with a secondary education degree and with economic income above the minimum wage, the level of physical activity was low with 50%, with a moderate impact of 52.2% on the quality of life., the IPAQ has a correlation with the FIQ Rho = -0.7419, p=0.0001. Conclusion: There is a significant strong inverse association between the IPAQ and FIQ.
