The main objective of this thesis was to estimate the level of seismic risk associated with a cortical earthquake triggered by the Zurite-Huarocondo fault in the houses located on the right bank of the Izcuchaca river in the Lluscanay sector, district and province of Anta - Cusco, the information was collected, in 2022. As secondary objectives, the level of seismic hazard and vulnerability of the houses in that sector was estimated. Regarding the methodologies, the seismic hazard was estimated based on the maximum ground motion (PGA), using a deterministic methodology simulating a potential earthquake given the characteristics of the Zurite-Huarocondo fault, while for the determination of vulnerability an indirect method was used, rapid visual assessment (RVA), applied to 195 houses in the Lluscanay sector. The results showed that, of the 195 houses evaluated, X houses gave a high level of risk, X houses a very high level of risk. With respect to the hazard for the 195 houses under study, a PGA of 0.32g was obtained, which represents a high hazard level and finally for vulnerability it was found that, of the 195 houses evaluated, 139 gave a moderate vulnerability level, and 56 houses a high vulnerability level.
