He presented a paper entitled “PERSONAL AND CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF POST-SURGICAL PATIENTS OF COLLECISTITIS - HOSPITAL ALFREDO CALLO RODRÍGUEZ SICUANI, CUSCO DE JANUARY-JUNE 2018“. The objective was to determine the personal and clinical characteristics of post-surgical cholecystitis patients - Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez Sicuani, Cusco JanuaryJune 2018. The methodological design that was cross-sectional descriptive, retrospective, the sample population was made up of 102 clinical histories. The technique used was the documentary observation guide Regarding the personal characteristics of post-surgical cholecystitis patients, 76% were aged 36 years and over, 58% were female, 58% were from Canas, Canchis, Espinar and other areas near Sicuani. 49% speak Spanish - Quechua, 47% have secondary education, 67% are dependent workers, 51% have no family history related to the disease, 76% have consumed alcoholic beverages. Regarding clinical characteristics, 67% had no previous abdominal surgeries, 66% had an admission from outpatient clinics, 73% had an insidious disease onset, 57% had a disease time of 4 years or more, 64% had signs and symptoms of fever, headache, cramps and nausea, 61% had other post-operative signs, 56% had acute cholecystitis as a pre-operative diagnosis, 89% had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 89% had a diagnosis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 82% had a preoperative stay less than 3 days, 82% had a postoperative stay of 3 to 5 days, 57% had a treatment, 56% was discharged as recovered, 92% received a soft and liquid diet.
