The objective of the research work is to establish the determining factors in the increase in judicial processes of family violence in the second family court of Tambopata, year 2021. The research approach is mixed, that is, quantitative and qualitative, and the research design It is not experimental since no variable will be manipulated and only judicial files related to the problem raised were analyzed, linked to the study of cases and documents that contribute to the verification and solution. The population was made up of 2,190 judicial files entered in the year 2021 at the second family court of Tambopata and the sample was determined in an intentional nonprobabilistic way, since it has been chosen for the convenience of the researcher, that is, it is made up of 221 judicial files of domestic violence. The documentary analysis technique was used and a data collection form was used as an instrument. The most determining factors of family violence are the cultural and social factor; these are the ones that have caused the increase in family violence in all its forms. Regarding the factors of psychological violence, 51.81% have been caused by cultural factors, 32.53% have been caused by social factors, 12.05% by economic factors and only 3.61% have been caused by legal factors. Regarding the factors of physical violence, 57.14% have been caused by social factors, 28.57% have been caused by cultural factors, 14.29% by economic factors and none have been caused by legal factors. Regarding the factors of physical and psychological violence, 43.75% have been caused by social factors, 42.86% have been caused by cultural factors, 8.93% have been caused by economic factors and only 4.46% have been caused by legal factors.
