Abstract: En esta tesis titulada: “COMERCIO INFORMAL AMBULATORIO Y SUS EFECTOS
EN EL DETERIORO DEL ESPACIO PÚBLICO EN LA CIUDAD DE SICUANI -
2021”, investigación tuvo como objetivo general Identificar los efectos producidos por el
comercio informal ambulatorio en el deterioro de las vías públicas de la ciudad de Sicuani,
2021, como hipótesis general fue Los efectos producidos por el comercio informal
ambulatorio son la contaminación, la obstaculización de vías, el cambio de uso del suelo y
la congestión vehicular de mototaxis los cuales inciden en el deterioro del Espacio Público
de la ciudad de Sicuani, 2021, el método de investigación fue de alcance es descriptivo, de
enfoque mixto, de diseño no experimental. La población fue conformada por 40 personas
entre comerciantes, consumidores y profesionales, de la ciudad de Sicuani, 2021, donde 30
ciudadanos: comerciantes y consumidores y 10 ciudadanos: profesionales (especialistas –
funcionarios publico M.P.C) conformaron la muestra, recolectando datos mediante la técnica
de la encuesta y entrevista, teniendo como instrumento el cuestionario y la guía de la
entrevista. De los resultados obtenidos se concluye que, los efectos producidos por el
comercio informal ambulatorio en el deterioro de las vías públicas de la ciudad de Sicuani,
son significativos, como producto del comercio ambulatorio, existe contaminación del
espacio, otro efecto es la obstaculización de vías, que se da por el aumento constante de los
ambulantes en la ciudad. Como tercer efecto producido por el comercio ambulatorio
tenemos, el cambio de uso del suelo, que consigo traer un alza y especulación en el precio
de las propiedades, lo que dificulta aún más la formalización y regulación de los
comerciantes informales que no tienen la capacidad financiera para acceder a la compra de
un establecimiento, continuando sus actividades en la informalidad.
In this thesis entitled: "AMBULATORY INFORMAL TRADE AND ITS EFFECTS ON THE DETERIORATION OF PUBLIC SPACE IN THE CITY OF SICUANI - 2021", research had as general objective To identify the effects produced by ambulatory informal trade on the deterioration of public roads in the city of Sicuani, 2021, The general hypothesis was The effects produced by informal street commerce are pollution, obstruction of roads, change of land use and vehicular congestion of motorcycle cabs which affect the deterioration of public space in the city of Sicuani, 2021, the research method was descriptive in scope, mixed approach, non-experimental design. The population consisted of 40 people, including merchants, consumers and professionals, from the city of Sicuani, 2021, where 30 citizens: merchants and consumers and 10 citizens: professionals (specialists - public officials M.P.C) made up the sample, collecting data through the survey and interview technique, using the questionnaire and the interview guide as instruments. From the results obtained, it is concluded that the effects produced by informal street commerce in the deterioration of public roads in the city of Sicuani are significant, as a product of street commerce, there is contamination of space, another effect is the obstruction of roads, which occurs due to the constant increase of street vendors in the city. The third effect produced by street commerce is the change in land use, which brings with it a rise and speculation in property prices, making it even more difficult to formalize and regulate informal traders who do not have the financial capacity to buy an establishment and continue their activities in the informal sector.
