bajo y bajo (deficiencia cognitiva).
The present research aimed to determine the degree of development of neuropsychological maturity in preschool children in the district of Ccarhuayo, province of Quispicanchi, Cusco. We worked with the total population, with 64 infants between men and women; for this study, the Child Neuropsychological Maturity Questionnaire – CUMANIN was used. The results show that the degree of development of neuropsychological maturity in children aged three to five years is not adequate according to the ages they present. In this research, the eight main scales of the instrument, which are Psychomotricity, were also taken into account; Articulatory, Expressive and Comprehensive Languages; Spatial Structuring; Visoperception, Memory and Rhythm. According to these scales the results show that the development of Psychomotricity, Expressive Language, Visoperception and Rhythm, children of 3 and 4 years have a level between high and average high and in the scales of Articulatory Language, Understanding, Spatial Structuring and Iconic Memory the scores are between a low and low average level (cognitive deficiency). Highlighting that 5-year- olds have on average a higher concentration of low scores than high or average, having a better development only in the scales
