The present research aims to determine the relationship that exists between flagrante delicto and the evidentiary assessment in the Judicial Power of Ica, 2020. Considering that it is a correlational type investigation, the basic, descriptive correlational was used. The population was made up of 68 participants from the Ica judicial branch and the sample was made up of 30 participants whose number was chosen by applying the non-probabilistic convenience sampling technique. For data collection, two questionnaires were applied, one to assess flagrante delicto and the second to assess the assessment. While for data processing, descriptive statistics were used to present results in tables and figures; in addition to inferential statistics for hypothesis testing. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between flagrante delicto and the evidentiary assessment in the Judicial Power of Ica, 2020. This is affirmed after having established the value of Spearman's Rho of 0.750, which turns out to be a high correlation. Key words: Flagrante delicto, probative assessment, judiciary. (es_ES)
