Inaplicación del D. Leg 1334 y el impacto en la reducción de brechas sociales - provincia de Espinar, periodo 2019 - 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la inaplicación del D. Leg. 1334 y la reducción de brechas sociales en la provincia de Espinar, periodo 2019-2021, la metodología utilizada fue de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental de alcance descriptivo – correlacional. La población de estudio fueron los habitantes de la provincia de Espinar, con una muestra de 100 habitantes, a quienes se aplicó una encuesta, para obtener información respecto a las variables de estudio. Los principales resultados obtenidos fueron que 59% de los encuestados consideran que el D. Leg. 1334, no se aplica en la provincia de Espinar, así mismo un 66% de los encuestados consideran que existe una alta brecha social en salud, un 57% indicaron que la brecha social en educación es alta y el 73% de los encuestados mencionaron que existe una alta brecha social en pobreza en la provincia de Espinar. Finalmente, se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre el D. Leg. 1334 y las brechas sociales, puesto que el nivel de significancia fue menor a 0,05 y la correlación que existe es negativa igual a -0,776.

The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the non- application of Law 1334 and the reduction of social gaps in the province of Espinar, period 2019- 2021, the methodology used was applied, quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design of descriptive-correlational scope. The study population was the inhabitants of the province of Espinar, with a sample of 100 inhabitants, to whom a survey was applied to obtain information on the study variables. The main results obtained were that 59% of those surveyed considered that Legislative Decree 1334 does not apply in the province of Espinar, 66% of those surveyed considered that there is a high social gap in health, 57% indicated that the social gap in education is high and 73% of those surveyed mentioned that there is a high social gap in poverty in the province of Espinar. Finally, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between Legislative Decree 1334 and the social gaps, since the significance level was less than 0.05 and the correlation is negative, equal to -0.776.
