Características del incumplimiento al control de crecimiento y desarrollo de las madres de niños menores de 5 años, Centro de salud Ocongate – Cusco, 2019

Abstract

La Tesis intitulada. “CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL INCUMPLIMIENTO AL CONTROL DE CRECIMIENTO Y DESARROLLO DE LAS MADRES DE NIÑOS MENORES DE 5 AÑOS, CENTRO DE SALUD OCONGATE CUSCO, 2019”. Cuyo Objetivo: Determinar las características del incumplimiento al Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo de las madres de niños menores de 5 años, Centro de Salud Ocongate – Cusco, 2019. Diseño: Descriptivo transversal, la población estuvo conformada por madres que al menos presentan una falta al Programa de Crecimiento y Desarrollo en el Centro de Salud Ocongate – Cusco, 2019. Los resultados: El 40% tiene de 15 a 19 años, el 60% procede de la zona Rural el 72.5% son convivientes, el 40% de las madres tienen 2 hijos, el 47.5% tienen grado de instrucción secundaria. Sobre las características de las madres: El 65% son amas de casa, el 90.0 % trabajan más de 8 horas, el 42.5% tiene un ingreso económico de 400 a 850 soles, el 42.5% manifestó utilizar un camión, el 90.0% utiliza más de 1 hora para llegar al Centro de Salud. Sobre las características Culturales: el 62.5% están influenciados por factores Institucionales para asistir al Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo, el 45% de las madres indicaron que tuvieron alguna mala experiencia con las vacunas, el 37.5% de las madres indicaron que no es importante llevar a su control de crecimiento y desarrollo. Sobre las características institucionales: el 65% considera que la atención recibida por la enfermera es mala, el 40.0% indico que el idioma utilizado por la enfermera es el Quechua, el 60.0% indicaron que esperan más de 1 hora para pasar a consulta, el 92.5% indicaron que el tiempo de atención es de 15 minutos.

Design: cross-sectional description, the population consisted of 40 mothers of children under 5 years of age who do not attend the growth and development control at the Ocongate Health Center. Conclusions: the ages of the mothers of children under 5 years who stand out in the study are 15 to 19 years with 40%, the place of origin of the mothers is the rural area by 60%, 72.5% of mothers are cohabiting, 40% of mothers have 2 children, 10% have 1 child, 47.5% have secondary education, the occupation performed by mothers is housewife by 65%, 90.0% work from 8 hours to more, 10% indicate that they do not work, 45% of mothers indicated that they had some bad experience with vaccines, this being the reason why they did not attend the Growth and Development control, 37.5% of the Mothers indicated that it is not important to take control of growth and development, mothers in the study considered that the care received by the nurse is bad in 65%, 40.0% of mothers indicated that the language used by the nurse is the Quechua, 60.0% of mothers indicated that they wait more than 1 hour Pray to go to consultation, 92.5% of mothers indicated that the time of attention is 15 minutes.
