Liderazgo gerencial y comunicación organizacional en el personal administrativo de la Entidad Prestadora de Servicios SedaCusco –2019

Abstract

Esta investigación expone sobre el liderazgo gerencial y la comunicación organizacional en el personal administrativo de la entidad prestadora de servicios SEDACUSCO en el año dos mil diecinueve. Los participantes fueron trabajadores administrativos nombrados y contratados por dicha entidad. La metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo con diseño descriptivo correlacional, la recolección de datos se hizo mediante aplicación de cuestionarios a los trabajadores. Los resultados están organizados en dos apartados, el primero respecto a los objetivos específicos y el otro respecto al objetivo general. Se llegó a la conclusión que se halla que existe correlación estadísticamente significativa e intensa entre las variables de liderazgo gerencial y comunicación organizacional.

This research exposes the managerial leadership and organizational communication in the administrative staff of the service provider SEDACUSCO in the year two thousand and nineteen. The participants were administrative workers appointed and hired by said entity. The methodology used was a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design, data collection was done by applying questionnaires to the workers. The results are organized into two sections, the first regarding the specific objectives and the other regarding the general objective. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant and intense correlation between the variables of managerial leadership and organizational communication.
