The research and development in technology of Wind System of low power (2 kW), and the implementation of Photovoltaic Systems is limited in the country and in the international market, however, that is presented as a strategic energy solution for rural areas that have the wind resource and solar in places where there is no access to the national power grid (SEIN) and where there is no networking of electrical transmission and distribution of such a system, then in that area the only alternative is the isolated generation, by this renewable energy is a good option and is raised by the use of small wind turbines for power to meet the demand for electric power in domestic and community areas Rural. This master's thesis is an applied research methodology which part of the evaluation of separate technologies such as the use of wind turbines and photovoltaic panels and the proper combination of these two technologies, which are executed work of cabinet and field, which had resulted in the design of a 2kW wind turbine with neodymium permanent magnets, the use of 28 photovoltaic panels 240Wp, accumulators or batteries, charge Regulators and Inverter systems that make up a hybrid wind-pv to supply electricity to the residents of La Caleta "Gramita" of the Province of Casma, whose energy demand is 49.25 kWh/day, which will make it possible to improve the quality of life and mitigate The environmental impacts of polluting emissions by the use of coal, candles, lighters and generators. This alternative proposal tends to be the best alternative that uses renewable sources of great potential in the place given that this is located on the beach "The Gramita" on the sea shore with favorable wind and the sun during the whole year, what can be corroborated in the solar wind map and where we have a wind speed of 5.3 m/s (10 m in height) and an irradiance of 5.75 KWh/m2. There is another alternative for the supply of electrical energy which is the expansion of transmission networks and/or distribution of electrical energy from the north of the city of Casma until the area of the Caleta "Gramita" which is located at a distance of 21 km, making this unworkable alternative solution by high cost of the project, which exceeds US$ 840 000 (only the primary network of MT). For this study has calculated the energy demand from the maximum demand of consumers, taking into account the power installed, as well as the factors of demand for concurrency and use. In addition, a distinction is made between the loads of residential use, which considers the domestic consumption, and the community, which includes a medical post, local community, local fishermen, a small school and the public lighting. That is to say, the energy used in homes is not only used for lighting and electrical appliances; if not also for special charges for the use of local community. In the criteria of optimization of the system has been considered the greatest reliability of the system in such a way as not to affect the critical loads for community use for this locality; however the system has the capability to provide power to all the dwellings of the Caleta. This material is provided as a tool for consulting, waiting for help with the implementation of future similar projects in areas of similar feature to "The Gramita" as our coves are located in the Peruvian coastline such as: "The Isilla", "Los Lobos" and "The Turtle" in Paita, "La Planchada" in Paracas, "The Örganos" in El Alto, "deaf" in Camana, "Matacaballos" in Castile, "Lobitos" in Talara. All located at more than 20 km of conventional power grids.
