Abstract: El presente trabajo investigativo titulado “CLASIFICACIÓN CREDITICIA DEL
DEUDOR EN LA CAJA MUNICIPAL CUSCO, AGENCIA TICA TICA,
PERIODO 2019-2020.” tuvo como objetivo describir la situación de la clasificación
crediticia por tipo de crédito de los deudores de la cartera de créditos de la Caja Municipal
Cusco, agencia Tica Tica, 2019-2020. La presente investigación es de nivel descriptivo, con
diseño no experimental- longitudinal, de enfoque cuantitativo, debido a que se fundamenta
en las teorías e investigaciones previas, de tipo básica, ya que en el estudio se propuso
ampliar teorías y conocimientos respecto a la variable clasificación crediticia. La población
estuvo conformada por 12 carteras de crédito, desde el mes de enero 2019 a diciembre 2020,
con un total de clientes de 1910, las cuales serán evaluadas y organizadas mediante fichas
documentarias, estas son correspondientes a la técnica de recolección de datos usando fuente
secundaria. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que, para el año 2020 se ha reducido
la cantidad de créditos dentro de los tipos de créditos hipotecario, Mype campaña y Mype
normal a comparación del año 2019, mientras que, el crédito consumo ha incrementado para
el año 2020. Asimismo, la Caja Municipal Cusco maneja una clasificación crediticia por
deudor enfocado en: perdida, normal, dudoso, deficiente y clientes con problemas
potenciales. Dentro de estas clasificaciones crediticias del deudor se encontró que el mayor
porcentaje de crédito se da en la clasificación crediticia del deudor con un 35,3% en el año
2020.
The present investigative work entitled “CREDIT CLASSIFICATION OF THE DEBTOR IN THE CUSCO MUNICIPAL CASH, TICA TICA AGENCY, PERIOD 2019- 2020.“ Its objective was to describe the situation the classification by type of credit of the debtors of the credit portfolio of the Caja Municipal Cusco, Tica Tica agency, 2019-2020. This investigation is of a descriptive level, with a non-experimental-longitudinal design, with a quantitative approach, because it is based on the theories and previous investigations, of a basic type, since in the study it was proposed to expand theories and knowledge regarding the variable credit rating. The population was made up of 12 credit portfolios, from January 2019 to December 2020, with a total of 1910 clients, which will be evaluated and organized through documentary files, these are corresponding to the data collection technique using source secondary. The results of the investigation show that, for the year 2020, the number of credits within the types of mortgage loans, Mype campaign and normal Mype has been reduced compared to the year 2019, while consumer credit has increased for the year 2020 Likewise, the Caja Municipal Cusco manages a credit classification by debtor focused on: lost, normal, doubtful, deficient and clients with potential problems. Within these credit ratings of the debtor, it was found that the highest percentage of credit occurs in the credit rating of the debtor with 35.3% in 2020.
