This research has the main objective to comparatively analyze the modulus of elasticity and the modulus of rupture of a standard concrete f'c = 210 kg/cm2 compared to concrete f'c = 210 kg / cm2 had been replaced with steel fiber (2.48%) and fiber of rubber to the fine aggregate in different percentages so we know if this dosage of concrete presents a better behavior compared to a standard concrete. In this investigation we used recycled rubber (tires) with replacement of 3%, 5% and 7% of the weight of fine aggregate and drawn steel fiber LHO 45/35; 120 samples were made in compliance with the NTP 339.033, 60 cylindrical briquettes of 15x30cm that were tested to compression to find the modulus of elasticity and 60 beams of 15x15x50cm tested in flexion so we could found the modulus of rupture. Based on the results of the modulus of elasticity we compared the standard concrete with the concrete replaced with fibers of rubber and steel fiber we saw the decrease with respect to the concrete standard. However, for the data obtained of the rupture modulus, an increase for the 3% rubber variation was verified, showing better results than the standard concrete so we validated our 3rd specific hypothesis and fulfilling the objective of our investigation.
