The general objective of this study was to analyze how the human rights of adolescent women are violated by the crime of trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation in the city of Quillabamba, during the year 2019. The specific objectives are referred to investigate what are the main human rights violated to adolescent women and investigate what are the causes and factors that influence the crime of trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation in the city of Quillabamba, during the year 2019 It was postulated as a hypothesis: “The human rights of female adolescents are severely violated by the crime of trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation in the city of Quillabamba, during the year 2019 by society and the state, with respect to the following rights: right to personal freedom, right to sexual freedom, right to sexual indemnity, right to physical and mental health, right to free choice of work, right to education, right to effective judicial protection, with this plurality of violation of rights seriously affects human dignity”. Within the theoretical framework, the theory relevant to the crime of trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation, Human Rights, Regulations that recognize human rights, was developed and analyzed. The research was qualitative documentary, the discussion of the results was carried out through legal argumentation based on factual and theoretical data. The hypothesis was validated, and the main conclusion was: “The human rights of female adolescents are severely violated by the crime of trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation in the city of Quillabamba, during the year 2019, by society and the state with respect to the following rights: right to personal freedom, right to sexual freedom, right to sexual indemnity, right to physical and mental health, right to free job choice, right to education, right to effective judicial protection, with this plurality of violation of rights, human dignity is seriously affected”. The fundamental recommendation is addressed to the State, through its justice administration institutions such as: the National Police, the Public Ministry, the Judicial Power, have the duty to; detect, through constant operations, rigorously investigate and effectively punish this crime that harms our adolescent women.
