Aplicación de musicoterapia para mejorar el clima institucional en los docentes del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Público Marcos Durán Martel de Huánuco

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo demostrar que la aplicación de la musicoterapia mejora el clima Institucional significativamente entre los docentes del Instituto superior Pedagógico Público Marcos Durán Martel Huánuco-2020. El tipo de investigación utilizado es de tipo experimental con enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo y diseño pre experimental. La población estuvo conformada por los docentes contratados y nombrados del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Público Marcos Durán Martel, en su totalidad sumando en total de 29 docentes, y la muestra de estudio fue selectiva en la cual constituyeron un total de 29 docentes, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de 19 preguntas sobre el clima institucional de su institución, dónde se evaluó el nivel significativo de las dimensiones del clima institucional. El instrumento fue el cuestionario que fue debidamente validado por juicio de expertos calificados. Los resultados muestran que después de la aplicación de la musicoterapia en los docentes del Instituto superior Pedagógico Público Marcos Durán Martel, estos muestran una mejora significativa de un 96.6% afirmando que después de la aplicación de esta, el clima institucional mejoro sustancialmente. El estudio demostró que existe una mejora significativa en el clima institucional entre docentes del Instituto superior Pedagógico Público Marcos Durán Martel, y esto se debe afianzar no solo con los docentes sino también con los administrativos y los estudiantes, y de esta manera contribuir a una mejora general con respecto a su clima institucional.

The present study aimed to demonstrate that the application of music therapy improves the Institutional climate significantly among the teachers of the Marcos Durán Martel Huánuco-2020 Public Pedagogical Institute. The type of research used is experimental with a quantitative approach, descriptive level and pre-experimental design. The population consisted of the teachers hired and appointed from the Marcos Durán Martel Public Pedagogical Institute, in its totality adding a total of 29 teachers, and the study sample was selective in which a total of 29 teachers were constituted, who were He applied a questionnaire of 19 questions on the institutional climate of his institution, where the significant level of the dimensions of the institutional climate was evaluated. The instrument was the questionnaire that was duly validated by the judgment of qualified experts. The results show that after the application of music therapy in the teachers of the Marcos Durán Martel Public Pedagogical Institute, they show a significant improvement of 96.6%, stating that after applying it, the institutional climate improved substantially. The study showed that there is a significant improvement in the institutional climate among teachers of the Marcos Durán Martel Public Pedagogical Institute, and this should be strengthened not only with teachers but also with administrators and students, and in this way contribute to an improvement general regarding its institutional climate.
