Ejecución presupuestal y calidad de gasto en la municipalidad provincial de La Convención Santa Ana Cusco 2020 - 2022

Abstract

El problema de la presente investigación tiene relación con la ejecución presupuestal y calidad de gasto en la Municipalidad Provincial de La Convención durante el periodo 2020 al 2022. Por ende, el objetivo de la investigación fue diagnosticar la situación de las variables descritas durante el periodo 2020 al 2022. Para ello, se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta a 27 funcionarios de la Municipalidad Provincial de la Convención, La metodología utilizada fue de tipo aplicada y su objetivo principal consistió en aumentar la comprensión y el conocimiento sobre las variables, y de enfoque cuantitativo para recopilar datos, medir variables y presentar los resultados con alcance descriptivo – correlacional, de diseño no experimental, lo que significa que las variables de estudio no fueron manipuladas y se observaron en su contexto real.

The problem of the present investigation is related to the budget execution and quality of spending in the Provincial Municipality of La Convención during the period 2020 to 2022. Therefore, the objective of the investigation was to diagnose the situation of the variables described during the 2020 period. to 2022. For this, the survey technique was applied to 27 officials of the Provincial Municipality of La Convención. The methodology used was applied and its main objective was to increase understanding and knowledge about the variables, and focus quantitative to collect data, measure variables and present the results with a descriptive - correlational scope, of a non-experimental design, which means that the study variables were not manipulated and were observed in their real context.
