This research has as its main objective to determine the socio-economic and legal conditions for minors who have broken the law, the same found in the Youth Rehabilitation Center and Diagnostic Marcavalle of Cusco, whose study and effects of fieldwork he applied the survey to all inmates. In that vein, the society in which we live is common to see minors involved in police actions or front pages of major newspapers, or holders of television programs about the arrest or partition of a minor in a criminal act; however, have the status of a minor, ie under 18 years of age, the actions of this is not a crime but a violation of criminal law, it has to conducírsele to a rehabilitation center in order to retrain for insertion into society. Through this study we will know what the conditions, social, economic and legal internal lower in the rehabilitation center Marcavalle of San Sebastian, ie each of them to know the factors or social reasons the child is, how many of they are of origin with financial support and ultimately determine their legal status, that is, if they are sentenced, in process or other condition.
