In this research the mean annual runoff is estimated across Amazon Andean basin (CAA) to Tamshiyacu station, through ~ 24 000 cells of 0.05 ° x 0.05 °, using models Budyko and Fu (1-p and 2-p), incorporating forest vegetation cover (BQ) and non-forest (CNBQ), furthermore GR1A model. Taken as input data product precipitation CHIRPS (Climate Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Station data), potential evapotranspiration of CRU (Climatic Research Unit) and vegetation cover of the USGS (United States Geological Survey Geological). For calibration of the models employed, the observed flow rates six basins (> 60 000 km2 ) bounded by the stations Borja (BOR), Chazuta (CHA), San Regis (SRG), Pucallpa (PUC), Requena (REQ) and Tamshiyacu (TAM), information provided by the observatory ORE-HYBAM. In the estimation of the mean annual runoff better results in the Marañon river basin (SRG), the Ucayali river basin (PUC and REQ) and CAA (TAM) was obtained. The Budyko model despite being nonparametric presented good results, proving to be a robust model, although the model Fu 1-p came to have greater efficiency in testing goodness of fit, the value of α parameter that represents the climatic characteristics and physical characteristics of the basin, reached a value of 1.31 and represents the climate of the CAA, indicating that the water balance is influenced by climatic variables in this dimension basins. On the other hand, the efficiency of Fu 2-p model, which registered αBQ = 4.30 and αNBQ = 25.90, is lower compared to the other models. However, it provides an approximation of runoff that is produced in land cover, thus generating coverage BQ between ~ 70% and ~ 82% of runoff from the CAA
