The present investigation was carried out in the Huanchaco District, Trujillo Province, La Libertad Department. The objectives were to determine the inoculation of endophytic bacteria in biometric parameters, dry matter and extraction of phosphorus and zinc. In addition were analized the presence of endophytic bacterias in the production of the avocado Zutano under nursery conditions. The installation of the experiment was carried out according to the commercial management of the company Viveros Genesis S.A.C. selecting transplant of the avocado Zutano of the same age and using the design of blocks at random. The treatments under study were six, taking 20 experimental units per treatment. The selected endophytic bacteria were: Gluconacetobacter diazotroficus LASFB 1573, Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus LASFB 1574, Gluconacetobacter diazotroficus LASFB 1911, Klebsiella sp. LASFBP 086, Pantoea sp. LASFBP 034. Three inoculations were made in periods of fifteen days from the installation of the experiment the inoculations contained an approximate of 4 x 108 cel.ml-1 and they were applied in a suspension volume of 50 ml around the base of the plants. Biometric data was taken as plant length, stem diameter, number of leaves. At the end of the experimental phase, we proceeded to determine leaf area, dry matter and foliar analysis of phosphorus and zinc. The results obtained in the present investigation, indicated that there are no significant differences between the treatments in study in the evaluated parameters: biometry, dry matter, phosphorus, zinc. No activity of the endophytic bacteria was evidenced in the Zutano plants. This work is useful to continue with new research on the activity of bacteria in avocado cultivation.
