This research work was developed in the company Backus & Johnston devoted to producing, distributing and marketing drinks beverages (beer) throughout Peru. The company is located at its headquarters in Central Avenue Road s / n Ate Vitarte, Lima - Peru. To perform the process showed the main problem “the lack of tools for monitoring indicators which prevents the optimization of economic resources in the company Backus & Johnston in the actions of short-term strategies in metropolitan Lima, due to the development of corporate strategy towards integration forward. The company Backus & Johnston held the lead for long, implement the strategy of horizontal integration (buying the competition is Pilsen Callao, Cusco and Arequipa) and integration back with the implementation of their technology in the production and concentric diversification through its units complementary to the core business service (Packaging Industries, Transport 77, Cosapidata, etc.). However, the entry of new competitors brought with it new challenges of leadership within their lines of business. The company wishes to evaluate which of the following strategies forward integration may be more profitable, considering some factors involved in its corporate development, business and functional. The main objective is “to design and implement monitoring Indicators serve as a mechanism of control of sales of product marketing channels, which are considering major allies to optimize resources in distribution and marketing of products for the company Backus & Johnston Metropolitan Lima. The research used was “applied“ and the level is “Descriptive-explanatory with the proposal“. The methodology used was the “Analysis - Overview and Statistics“ with In order to properly manage information. The technique used was the design and development of questionnaire interviews with structured operators or owners of establishments where declared the consumption of selling the product, price, stock, presence of brand, vendor pre qualification, frequency of visits by pre sale and possession of the mark. Universe was established as the Census of Establishments in Lima Metropolitan (Census Backus 2.007), there are approximately 55,079 establishments operating in Lima, considering a priori information the names, addresses, phone numbers and consumption in liters per month each research unit. Then, calculate the sample size to by aligning representative to the Universe (4%), and 2,040 interviews in the capital. The sampling technique used stratified sampling was selection of weighting. He proposed three types of forward integration strategies for solve implementation: buy, rent or monitor. Furthermore, a mathematical model (simple regression model) to explain sales behavior (effect) at the point of sale considering the adjustment variables: price, stock, presence of brand sales pre qualification, frequency of visits and sales pre ownership of the brand (cause). After a cost - benefit is that the assessment of investments, the strategy of “monitoring at points of sale“ is the best alternative for the business by delivering net cumulative contribution Highest in monetary units from time zero (24.643,80) and highest rate of average annual return generated by the investment (25.3%). Furthermore, the analysis of the mathematical model was concluded to 51.4% of the variability of information in the conduct of sales of Store mouths is explained by the three variables, the stock of trademarks, tenure marks (stock out), pre-qualification. Our proposal recommends designing and implementing sales monitoring Backus & Johnston as their information needs, adjusting the evaluation according to the periods of evolution (entry of new competitors, changes in presentations, change in rates facilities, admission of new variables for analysis, etc.).
