The present work of professional sufficiency aims to demonstrate that through the application of silvicultural techniques to increase foliage and seeds in Moringa oleifera Lam plantations, it has been possible to improve the economic situation in an agricultural company, this knowledge was acquired during the studies of In the Forest Engineering career, two plantations of 11 ha in total of Moringa oleifera Lam have been managed on two farms of the Puerto Agrícola Inka SAC company in the Ica region. These farms had low productivity and lacked adequate forest management due to poor plantation design in accordance with the planned objective and ignorance of silvicultural management, causing it to be unprofitable and the company considered changing crops, this being the problem to solve during professional practice in the company. To reverse this situation, the methodology used consisted of an initial diagnosis, cleaning of the land, management of the plantation, pregermination and silvicultural treatments in order to increase the foliage and seeds in both farms, as well as the silvicultural treatments applied according to the foliage and seed production targets. The final result obtained was that eleven hectares of moringa plantations were recovered distributed in two farms: Godofredo and Aguada de Palo, the field personnel were trained in silvicultural treatments for the management of the plantation and the economic recovery of the company.
