The study has carried out on plots installed by the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF), who developed a participatory research project in Aguaytia river basin in Peru Ucayali region, establishing demonstration plantations of bolaina blanca species (Guazuma crinita Mart .) different progeniespromising species in this region (ITTO / CNF / INRENA, 1996); these plots were evaluated from 2001 to 2006 in their silvicultural variables, that development from Bertalanffy allometric model has estimated economic potential for a cycle utilization of six years. Whit this information, has estimated that the biomass of living trees including bolaina blanca root biomass is between 25,26 and 76,86 t/ha per year six, the same way it was determined that the commercial timber volume at the same year between 100,82 and 168,12 m3/ha, that applying a rate of 22,5%, it was estimated that the net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and benefit / cost ratio (B/C) for the sector 1 (Campo Verde-Nueva Requena) presents NPV =-5480,30; and B/C = 0,10; Sector 3 (St. Alexander Von Humboldt-San Alejandro) presents a NPV = 2264,93; IRR = 37,2% and B / C = 1,26 and finally Neshuya-Curimaná sector has a NPV =-1479,62; IRR = 13,80% and B / C = 0,83.
