Pineapple has global economic importance and is consumed as fresh fruit, juices, preserves and other derivatives. The objective of the trial was to evaluate the effect of mineral fertilization and biofertilizer on pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr.) cv. Golden in the town of Rio Negro (Satipo). The test was carried out in Santa Teresa, whose geographic coordinates are 11º 02 '00' 'South latitude and 74º 02' 00 '' West longitude at an altitude of 850 m.s.n.m. Lasting 16 months. The trial was installed in a commercial plantation of pineapple cv. Golden, which had a density of 48,000 plants / ha with 7 treatments and 4 replications, under a randomized complete block design. In the growth at 180 dap the T7 treatment (500 N-250 P₂O₅-600 K₂O-100 MgO-100 CaO) had higher values for the number of leaves emitted, leaf length D, leaf fresh weight D being these 19.9 leaves emitted, 73.5 cm, 53.2 g and 4.8 g respectively, also at 135 dap had the highest value of nitrogen content in leaf D, 1.9 percent. Only for dry weight leaf D treatment T5 (Alopes forte 20 ‰ + 250125-300-50-50) had the highest value, 4.91 g to 180 dap. At harvest, the T7 treatment also had the highest values for crown fruit weight, crownless fruit weight, number of little fruits per fruit, fruit height, lower diameter, medium and higher fruit, diameter of fruit axis and grades Brix being 1.81 Kg, 1.66 Kg, 103 little fruits, 15.8 cm, 11.9 cm, 12.8 cm, 11.6 cm, 3.01 cm and 15.1 degrees brix. The pineapple crop demands a lot of mineral fertilization to obtain good yields and profits; not having the Alopes forte a significant effect on yield.
