Uso y manejo responsable de plaguicidas en la agroindustria y el pequeño agricultor

Abstract

Se realizó la captación de información durante los años que he ejercido como profesional en las diferentes empresas que he podía laborar, SYNGENTA, BASF y SERFI. En las cuales he recopilado la información de las diferentes capacitaciones que he brindado, así comparando como se dirige cada ítem tratado tanto para la Agroindustria como el Pequeño agricultor o mejor conocido como Retail, viendo así una comparación de los puntos de interés en la capacitación sobre el uso y manejo responsable de aplicación de plaguicidas y/o manipulación, pudiendo así diferenciar ciertos puntos de interés y también poder generar información para el apoyo en generar conocimiento sobre el tema, que si bien es cierto lo mencionamos en algunos cursos durante nuestra formación universitaria, la comparación de estos dos grandes grupos, nos ayudara a entender como poder llegar de una manera correcta usando una comunicación asertiva y directa, así también, se usaron como referencia zonas de las tres regiones del Perú para poder entender a un nivel general y también al mencionar Agroindustrias, hablamos de manera global ya que estas están reguladas por las mismas entidades.

In which I have compiled the information from the different trainings that I have provided, thus comparing how each item treated is addressed both for the Agroindustry and the Small Farmer or better known as Retail, thus seeing a comparison of the points of interest in the training on the responsible use and management of pesticide application and/or manipulation, thus being able to differentiate certain points of interest and also be able to generate information to support generating knowledge on the subject, which although it is true we mention it in some courses during our university training. , the comparison of these two large groups will help us understand how to arrive in a correct way using assertive and direct communication. Likewise, they were used as reference areas of the three regions of Peru to be able to understand at a general level and Also when mentioning Agroindustries, we speak globally since these are regulated by the same entities.
