Autofinanciamiento ecoeficiente y disposición a aceptar de recicladores del distrito La Victoria, Lima, Perú 2016

Abstract

Este estudio determina el impacto de la productividad mensual de un reciclador como financiamiento del salario mínimo vital del mismo reciclador para dedicarse al reciclaje ecoeficiente en el distrito de La Victoria. El valor económico de la disposición a aceptar de un reciclador por trabajar como reciclador ecoeficiente fue calculado usando el método de valoración contingente, el resultado indica que este monto asciende a S/.1,355.86 soles mensuales (TC= S/.3.2 soles por dólar, US$423.70). La productividad per cápita mensual de los mismos recicladores fue calculada construyendo una variable con el método de precios de mercado, este valor es igual a S/986.05 soles (TC = S/.3.2 soles por dólar, US$308.14). Por lo tanto, el salario mínimo que aceptaría un reciclador promedio por realizar actividades de reciclaje ecoeficiente es financiado actualmente en un 72.72 por ciento directamente de residuos sólidos municipales en promedio. Se estima que se puede, financiar en el futuro el 100 por ciento del salario anual a 488 recicladores, directamente de los materiales reciclables, con actividades de reciclaje ecoeficiente.

This study shows the impact of the monthly productivity of a recycler in the finance of the minimum wage of an average recycler of the district of La Victoria to be an eco-efficient recycler. The willingness to accept of a recycler was calculated using the contingent valuation method, the result of the WTA it was S/.1,355.86 soles monthly (TC= S/. 3.2 dollar/soles, US$423.70). The productivity value per capita from this recycler was calculated using the methodology of market prices, the results show that the monthly per capita productivity of a recycler in La Victoria was S/. 986.05 soles. (TC=S/.3.2 dollar/soles, US$308.14). Therefore, the minimum salary that would accept a recycler is covered in a 72.72 percent directly by municipal solid waste. In the future, we could estimate a 100 percent of funding for annual salary to 488 recyclers, directly from recyclable materials with eco-efficient recycling activities.
