The objective was to determine the effect of different IBA concentrations, type of cuttings, substrates, number of cuttings position on the rhizogenic capacity of Guadua superba Huber, Guadua lynnclarkiae Londoño and Guadua weberbaueri Pilg in sub irrigation chambers. Two experiments were conducted; in the first one, it was determined that the doce of 1500 ppm of IBA in cuttings obtained from the basal and middle sections with two nodes provided 11.1 percent rooting in cuttings of G. superba Huber, G. lynnclarkiae Londoño. and G. weberbaueri Pilg. In the second one, the interaction between the humus + CAC substrate and the cuttings placed in a horizontal position caused a higher percentage of rooting and shoots in Guadua superba Huber with 11.11 percent and 22.2 percent, respectively. In Guadua lynnclarkiae Londoño, cuttings installed in horizontal position in Humus + CAC substrate reached 66.67 percent of rooting and 67 percent of shoots. In Guadua weberbaueri Pilg. cuttings with chicken manure substrate + CAC, in vertical position, reached 11,11 percent of rooting and shoots. Cuttings from the middle and basal section with two nodes in 1500ppm IBA and placed in horizontal and vertical position in the chicken manure + CAC and Humus + CAC substrates favored the rhizogenic capacity of the three bamboo species
