The present investigation is carried out with the purpose of analyzing and determining the influence of factor, such as: the technological level, the training, the organizatinal level, the knowledge of the market in the granadilla productive chain (Passiflora ligularis Juss) in the district of Santa Teresa, La Convencion, Cusco, with the purpose of knowing the diferent aspects, from the point of view, the main economic agent: the producer, and in a qualitative way, throught the attitudes of the granadilla producers towards the competitiveness, with the purpose of contributing true value to the estrategic decisions in each link of the chain, in such a way that its potenialities can be exploited. The research methodology used was to identify the most important factors that influence the competitive performance of a productive chain, having as main basis what was presented by FAO (1997), through a structured questionnaire using Likert scale, the information of the granadilla producers, based on the activities they carry out; through the Cronbach test the reliability of the instrument was procedeed, the data were analyzed based on a regression and correlation of the factors. The results corroborate the hypothesis thet the training, technology, organization and market knowledge factors on the part of granadilla producers directly influence the competitiveness of the granadilla production chain (Passiflora ligularis Juss) in the district of Santa Teresa, La Convencion, Cusco.
