The objective of this work was to analyze the marketing chain of low voltage electrical products in order to propose strategies aimed at improving the quality of this service. Due to the technological development, globalization, informality, new formats were being developed that were necessary to study, for which a descriptive investigation was carried out based on surveys made to the actors and statistical information of Customs, publications and other sources. Tabulated the information was concluded that in this market the cables are the products of significant national manufacture, the rest of these products were imported and if there were national were for assembly and not representative, also the participation of products has a somewhat dissimilar structure with the international parameters. Regarding the market share of the manufacturers, we have Indeco, which belongs to the Nexas Group, which led us to say that it is an international subsidiary as well, with the most important participation in the market with 19%, and the main distributors were 46 and the so-called modern channel has 25.21%, also the service provided by the CMN subsidiaries was perceived as good, but it was recommended to improve this service which should be oriented towards management, human capital, the client, the quality of the service and operational support, training of personnel in customer service, strengthening post-sale action and involving all actors of the channel as a whole for the formalization and respect for safety standards, improvement in the rotation of stocks, establish networking and e-mail marketing as a sales strategy, this is estimated to increase the channel's profitability by 1%, equivalent to 27.5 million sol is.
