OHSAS 18001:2007, Occupational Health And Safety Management Systems, is the most widely accepted international standard for occupational risk management because allowing its application to any organization, regardless of the nature of their activities. In addition to its easy integration with other management systems standards-based on ISO 9001 an ISO 14001. The requirements of this rule have been used for the design of safety management system and health at work of the Company HILADOS S.A., to achieve that main objective, diagnostic stages were followed by a baseline study; hazard identification, risk assessment and controls by IPERC; and documents design platform by national guidance safety and health at work RM 050-2013TR. The baseline study can gather information through interviews with senior management, main headquarters and a sample of workers and observing the implementation of operational activities, from which it was concluded that the organization had a 26.03 percent progress in the implementation of the requirements of OHSAS 18001: 2007. Hazard identification, risk assessment and monitoring includes routine and non-routine activities as well as exposing themselves, that identified a total of 355 dangers of the 186 which were classified as significant risks, for each of which were proposed operational controls. The document platform were security policy, annual safety plan, 4 procedures and 11 formats
