All human activities have an impact of the environment, so the implementation of a business Project has to be concerned. The present work compiles the information developed between the years 2020 and 2021, in which the evaluation of the environmental impacts that the companies of the students of the Certus higher institute would produce, with emphasis on the business project GOOD TIME S.A.C., dedicated to the production and marketing of native potato snacks. It was based on the productive activities that together with the incoming and outgoing diagrams allowed determining the environmental aspects of the project. The cause-and-effect analysis enabled to obtain the environmental impacts. The environmental impacts were assessed following the Batelle-Columbus methodology, which had to be adapted for this purpose. It was found that the Production, Sale and Distribution activities have the greatest number of environmental aspects, with the generation of solid waste being the environmental aspect present in all the activities contemplated for the project. It was also found that the project will alter the environmental quality of 39 parameters, of which 35 will be adversely impacted and only 4 beneficially. Water and Air would be the most adversely affected components, totaling Net Change −2.3 and −2.9, respectively. In relation to the categories, it was obtained that all of them will be adversely altered in their environmental quality, with Pollution being the most affected (Net Change − 5.7) and Aspects of human interest the least affected (Net Change − 0.4).
