A research was conducted at Cocha Cashu Biological Station (Manu National Park) Perú in a 2.5 ha plot of primary rainforest, the objective was to evaluate the effects of light, diameter, height and lianas over the fructification of ten tree species: Spondias mombin L. (Anacardiaceae), Duguetia quitarensis Benth. (Annonaceae), Oxandra acuminata Diels (Annonaceae), Pseudomalmea diclina (R.E.Fr.) Chatrou (Annonaceae), Matisia cordata Humb et Bonpl. (Bombacaceae), Quararibea ochrocalyx (K.Shum.) Visher (Bombacaceae), Sapium marmieri Huber (Euphorbiaceae), Trichilia pleeana (A. Juss.) C. DC. (Meliaceae), Otoba parvifolia (Markgr.) A. H. Gentry (Myristicaceae) and Pouteria ephedrantha (A.C.Sm.) T.D.Penn (Sapotaceae). The evaluation was conducted biweekly from April 2009 to April 2010, data were analyzed using linear, multiple, and multivariate regressions. For all species, a direct relationship was found between diameter and height. The species with high DBH were Sapium marmieri Huber (r=0,80041245), Otoba parvifolia (Markgr.) A. H. Gentry (r=0,79805681), Matisia cordata Humb et Bonpl. (r=0,7598547), Spondias mombin L. (r=0,7371391) Pouteria ephedrantha (A.C.Sm) T.D. Penn (r=0,60023378) DBH determines fructification, and it varies by species in this type of forest. The light influence the ten species in different ways, those species found in gaps are associated with the light directly, the species in the shade reduce the height and increase the biomass (DBH), We found a weak positive relationship between height and fructification, the influence of lianas is variable on fructification, the infestation the lianas does reduce the reproductive probability of the tree, as it happens to S. mombin and Q. ochrocalyx. The species S. mombin, M. cordata, Q. ochrocalyx, S. marmieri, O. parvifolia and P. ephedrantha grew higher and wider in primary forest in comparison to managed forest, while D. quitarensis, O. acuminata, P. diclina and T. pleeana grew less and had less diameter in primary forest in comparison to managed forest.
