In the present researching, “Evaluation of biogas and biol in a batch type biodigester using trout waste (Oncorhynchus mykiss) treated with BLAC“. Therefore, 2 treatments with 3 repetitions were developed. The first treatment (trout waste) had a 9.5% CH4, while the second treatment (trout waste with B-LAC) obtained up to 26.2% of CH4. In both treatments were used as inoculum the pig slurry in 10% liquid volume of the biodigester. The controlled fermentation process lasted 66 days; the volumes of gases obtained in both treatments were not of good quality. For researching six hand made biodigesters were built. Each biodigester had on the top an entry for the homogenizer (lever) and a valve for venting; the lateral side of the biodigester had a valve to output biol. The trout waste for the experiment was provided by the aquaculture company PATSAC. To statistical analysis of both treatments a design completely randomized (DCA) was used, and for validation of the parameters obtained in the field the MINITAB 16 program was used, using TEST T. The second treatment (Trout waste with B-LAC) showed us better results. For that reason, the second treatment had a high potential source of energy in terms of production and quality of biogas and biol.
