This research verifies the influence of the organizational climate on the administrative management of the National Agrarian University La Molina (UNALM) and how it can affect the attainment of institutional objectives. The problem to solve is to answer the question: Is there a relationship between the organizational climate and the administrative management of UNALM? The general objective is to determine if the organizational climate influences the administrative management of UNALM and to study its main dimensions. The research is justified by the need to have an indicator that can be used frequently and that provides accurate information to optimize administrative management, considering the strengths of its human resources and guiding decisionmaking and institutional policies to allow a higher level of trust and participation and, therefore, a good work performance. The method used was the EDCO method of the Ministry of Health to measure the organizational climate and the instrument of Magister Sanchez Soto for the measurement of Administrative Management, adapted for this case. Through the qualitative and quantitative instrument through structured surveys, three dimensions could be studied with their respective indicators in terms of organizational climate and 4 dimensions with their respective indicators in Administrative Management. With this information, a correlation analysis between the dimensions and a subsequent multiple linear regression model was performed to test the hypothesis. The main conclusion is that the organizational climate expressed by its dimensions, human potential, organizational design and organizational culture, influences Administrative Management by 91.4 percent.
