This research paper entitled: “E-commerce in the SMEs of the category restaurants located in the historic center, district of Cusco, province of Cusco, 2022“, had as a general objective to describe the use of electronic commerce in small and Mid-size enterprises of the category restaurants located in the historic center, district of Cusco, province of Cusco, year 2022. The methodology of the present research was of descriptive scope, quantitative approach and non- experimental design; in order to answer the questions of the research data were collected through surveys, which were made to a population and sample of 96 managers of the s restaurants located in the historic center in 2022. adequate nor inadequate, with an average of 2.88. According to the results obtained in the research, it was concluded that the use of e-commerce in the SMEs restaurants located in the historic center is neither appropiate nor inappropiate with an average of 2.88. This average was determined based on the results obtained regarding the five dimensions mentioned in the research. • Payment methods and collection processes (3.54) considered appropiate. • Logistics and order distribution (2.78) considered neither appropiate nor inappropiate. • Customer service and e-commerce security (3.32) considered appropiate. • Technological aspects of e-commerce (1.76) considered inappropiate. • Internet marketing techniques (2.99) considered neither appropiate nor inappropiate.
