The professional experience was developed in the company Multiservicios Buitrón S.A.C., labor that consisted of proposing and developing an implementation and maintenance plan for the green areas of the Andrés Avelino Cáceres Sports Complex, located in Villa María Del Triunfo – Lima district. This work is built around a general objective, which is developed into three specific objectives. The general objective is to develop a system to improve the implementation and maintenance of this sports complex’s green areas, achieving an adequate design, establishment, conservation and estimation of the green spaces according to the work area, through planning and execution of strategies to be able to have ornamental species appropriate to the area, as well as so that the ornamentation of the place looks harmonious to the user's view. Meanwhile, the specific objectives are developed as follows: describe the improvement in the planning of urban green areas, obtaining an increase in the projects executed and more trained personnel, of 66.67% and 233.33%, respectively, thanks to the implementation of a field information procedure and subsequent office work, as well as training for professional and technical personnel; describe the improvement processes in the installation and management of urban green areas, achieving lower water consumption, reducing it from 17,000 l/h to 1,200 l/h, lower costs for water acquisition, and fewer plants transplanted due to mortality , thanks to the implementation of an adequate technical irrigation system; finally, develop strategies to enhance urban green areas, increasing trained plant personnel by 80%, and trained users by 70% as a result of the execution of an awareness plan for plant personnel and users.
