The purpose of this work was to describe the experience in nutritional management that is developed in favor of “ Tang Gold” that is carried out in the fields of the Farm, considering the impact that fertilization has on the quality and productivity of the crop. For this reason, the evolution of nutrients (% of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Na and mg/kg of Fe, Mn, Zn, B, and Cl on dry matter) has been analyzed throughout the cycle. and depending on the phenology of the Tang Gold variety, mentioned in the conditions of the Santa Rosa Irrigation, Sayán, Lima. Furthermore, from the preparation of the land, it describes the activities carried out to improve some chemical characteristics of the soil with the objective of reducing the sodium content, reducing the PSI, limiting the availability of boron, reducing electrical conductivity, increasing the percentage of organic matter and increase the cation exchange capacity. The activities carried out are explained in the following 4 phases of soil conditioning: a) Subsoiling is a technique that allows the soil to be plowed below the arable layer, allowing the physical impediments that limit drainage and root growth of plants to be eliminated. , b) The pre-ridge in this phase seeks to improve the chemical characteristics by incorporating elements of organic and inorganic origin in a mixture with the soil, aiming to provide chemical balances in the long term, c) The complete ridge, in this phase the aim is to complete with the height, width of the lower and upper base suitable for the root growth of the plantation and d) Washing the ridge is a technique that requires an amount of water necessary to percolate the toxic salts that affect the roots of the crop in the area . arable and will depend on the quality of irrigation water and the irrigation system used.
